Individualized, grounded, and warm

A program, not a one-size session

We may work over a few sessions to balance each chakra and restore a sense of peace to your body — or focus tightly on one stressful situation you want cleared from your life.

You stay seated and grounded

My clients are not asked to lie down as with some energy healers, but to remain seated so they are firmly grounded at all times.

A personal elixir

When attending in person you may find I've made an elixir especially for you, given to you to drink from a cup with its own unique healing properties.

Crystals & the healing blanket

Many clients are drawn to hold a particular crystal, and enjoy my crystal-lined, reiki-infused healing blanket — sitting on it, across the lap, or wrapped around themselves.

What to expect during a session

Guided by Spirit, and by you

I begin with an initial consultation, then perform a meditation and ask my spirit guides — and yours — what kind of healing would be best for you at this particular time.

To determine a starting point I may ask my pendulum for assistance or, when working with chakras, we can consult my milk quartz chakra ball as to the best chakra to begin with. Once the purpose and method has been set, we'll meet in person or decide on a time for distance work to begin. I use all methods at my disposal, including my highly developed intuitive sense, to support you through the healing process.

At the end of your session, if you were drawn to one of my crystals, we'll discuss why that may be and the message that crystal may hold for you. I may also be guided to recommend a crystal to support your ongoing healing. In some cases the Divine has a message and asks me to draw a card for you, specifying which oracle deck to use.

Within a few days you'll receive a follow-up phone call, email, or text from me, when I encourage you to assess how you're feeling and discuss any results of the session.
